I really appreciated the awesome central spot, just a few steps from the train station and close to Chiayi Park where I enjoyed relaxing walks and lovely views. the staff were friendly and made my stay comfortable with their attentive service.

A fantastic welcome experience

From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel at home. The location couldn't be better, just steps from the train station, making exploration effortless. Plus, the free coffee and toast throughout the day was a delightful touch!

However, the room had a few drawbacks, particularly the overwhelming amount of light from various sources that made it hard to sleep. The air conditioning was also quite loud and kept me too cold, even at a high setting.

The shared kitchen was super convenient for making quick meals, especially with the little ones. We also appreciated the comfy vibe and cleanliness – it felt great to let the babies crawl around safely. The helpful suggestions from staff made sightseeing so much easier!

In my wife’s opinion, a bit more soundproofing would help families with kids.

It was just a top selection for an overnight stay in Chiayi City with great value. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room cool even on hot days. Pack earplugs because the area can be noisy at night.

The location is perfect, just a hop across the street from the stations. The shared areas are fab, and I loved how roomy my capsule felt! Plus, they even have towels for rent if you're feeling adventurous.

But goodness, those lockers could wake the dead! And my capsule could use a few more outlets—like trying to charge my phone while wrestling with my luggage!

I stayed in the Quadruple Room with Private Bathroom for 1 night. The room was super clean and really comfy! There wasn’t much noise, so I got a good night’s sleep. Plus, the bathroom was nice and tidy. I appreciated the communal space with free snacks and drinks too. The only thing that could’ve been better was a bit more privacy since it felt quite communal at times.
